Using Webmail

After you login, select your Webmail Application and set it as default.

horde is highly recommended.

Delete mails and manage space
After logging in, select the Gear icon and click Preferences > Mail.

Select Deleting and Moving Messages section.
Tick “Move deleted messages to your Trash mailbox instead of marking them as deleted in the current mailbox?”

Then select how often to purge the Trash folder.
